  • Guru Upgrade?

From Raymar@VERT/GEO to All on Sun Oct 4 23:04:18 2026
So, what's all this I hear about Guru getting an LLM upgrade? Grok mentioned it in passing a few days ago, but I'm too lazy to go search for it.

Yup, it's an option in v3.22a (the current development build of Synchronet): https://wiki.synchro.net/module:chat_llm

How does it compare to Meatlotion's Johnny5 on MRC.

Depends on what model and prompts the sysop chooses.

I hate when that bot doesn't respond to me.

And also hate when bots respond without being directed at. But I guess that's what "AI" is supposed to do, right?
