    Hello,

    Version 1.6.11 went to reviewing by Google for open testing.

    The most dangerous fix is fix of corrupting non-ASCII characters.
    Fix of this problem affected new messages composing, replying and forwarding messages. In both Echo and NetMail areas. This is what I ask to test thoroughly.

    Other improvements include:
    - quoting kludges
    - first letter capitalization in sentences

    Seems to work ok, both for cp437 and cp866, replying and forwarding.

    Other improvements include:
    - quoting kludges
    - first letter capitalization in sentences

    Tested both and working fine!
