2 c Quick oats
1 c Raisins
3 Apples; diced fine
2 c Applesauce
2 c Yogurt
1/2 c Sunflower seeds
1/2 c Wheat germ
Cinnamon; to taste
Nutmeg; to taste
4 c Water; boiling
Add oats to boiling water.
Simmer and add apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, and spices.
Cook 3 minutes and add wheat germ and more water as necessary.
