2 c Low-fat milk (1%)
4 tb Frozen mango juice -OR-
1 Fresh mango; pitted
1 sm Banana
2 Ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy. Serve
immediately.
Variations:
Instead of mango juice, try orange juice, papaya, or strawberries.
