1 sm Cabbage -- in medium pieces
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Onion -- chopped
1/2 c Rice -- uncooked
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Can tomato soup
1 1/2 c Water
1/4 c Parmesan or Romano cheese --
- grated
Chop cabbage into medium size pieces. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Brown
ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in rice, salt, and pepper. Spoon
over cabbage. Heat tomato soup with water. Pour over all. Sprinkle
with grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 1-1/2 hours at 350?F.
Fluff with fork. Can Microwave on High for 20 to 30 minutes, covered
with plastic wrap.
