What are the US and Iran still not in agreement on?

At its core, it comes down to the fact that the US believes Iran has been militarily defeated and therefore must agree to everything the US presents, whereas Iran knows it has not yet been defeated and holds the world in a stranglehold due to the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. That is their only card to play, and it is a card of great value. However, the US refuses to acknowledge this.
The negotiations should focus on nuclear energy for Iran, without the country retaining access to enriched uranium. They must also address the release of 20 billion dollars of Iranian money that is currently inaccessible to them.
As long as the US is unwilling to engage in serious talks and repeatedly threatens new military intervention, Iran keeps shutting down the streets, and the world remains gripped by energy shortages, while the Gulf states watch their wealth evaporate. You can hardly leave it to the US, but we have to, because they caused this mess and now they have to fix it themselves.
