syncretro: strike the two candidate cores that became native doors

SIBLINGS.md surveyed libretro cores worth adding as SyncRetro consoles, and ranked ScummVM and EasyRPG as the top two Kind A candidates. Both have since been built as NATIVE doors instead -- ../syncscumm embeds ScummVM directly, ../syncrpg the EasyRPG Player -- which the survey's own tier rule makes decisive: a catalog with a native reimplementation door is never hosted through a core. The document was arguing for something already done one tier better.

So both rows are recast as superseded, with pointers to the doors that exist. The reasoning is kept rather than deleted, because the outcome is the rule working, not failing: when a candidate is a reimplementation FRAMEWORK rather than an emulator, it is usually also a good candidate to embed natively, and that is worth checking before sketching a console.

The knock-on corrections matter more than the two rows:

- The "one bridge, four universes" tally counted ScummVM and EasyRPG among the
mouse/keyboard cores the input bridge would unlock. With both gone the bridge
opens exactly ONE, the DOS long tail via syncdos. That is a much weaker case
for building it, and the honest one.
- The ranking loses its #2 and #3, leaving TIC-80 as the only big win the
survey still holds.
- SYNCDOS.md's copy of the three-tier rule listed ScummVM as tier 2, "a
separate console". Tier 2 is now empty, held open for the next such core.

SYNCSCUMM.md and SYNCSCUMM_ENGINES.md get superseded banners rather than deletion: SYNCDOS.md and SIBLINGS.md still cross-reference the former for the shared mouse/keyboard input bridge, and the engine tour in the latter is unaffected by how ScummVM is hosted -- it remains the curation guide for the door. The former's banner also flags the name collision, since the console it sketches is called syncscumm and so is the door that shipped.
