    Network Support. Should have worked on router and switches
    � Should be well conversant with Lab Service Desk tasks such as creating, assigning and tracking Remedy Ticket .
    � Telecom background preferred
    � Excellent Communication skills. Willing to work in a team of 20-30 people
    � Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge
    � Should know how to create reports using excel
    � ITIL certified and or CCNA qualified preferred
    � Base location will be Kansas. No travel or very little travel anticipated ( 1 -2 days a month )
