Right now though, PXW seems to be working fine. I mainly wrote t-rex
because it has ipv6 support and the linux port has better dns
resolution under newer modern kernels, which was always broken for me.
That and it was also an overly enthusiastic yet over-zealous attempt at re-learning Pascal. :)

I've been using binkd on Linux since I started my bbs almsot 10 years
ago and had no problems, so I'm surprised the win version is buggy.

It's because Hector Santos, the owner of WINServer, pretends he knows how to program and is a vibe coder and has no clue how his software actually
    works.

(For those who don't know, vibe coding is a style of software development
where you build apps or websites by giving plain-English prompt to an artificial intelligence (AI) instead of writing code line by line.)

dns resolution is broken with newer kernels. this is not the case
    with t-rex.

plus this feature - added and verified working today:

    C:\pxw\trex>trex -listen
trex: starting listener on default bind address, port 24554 (dual-
stack IPv4+IPv6 attempted first, falling back to IPv4-only if
    unavailable)
    trex: listening on :::24554

ipv6 verified in and out working.
plus it natively reads px format nodelist datsabase.
It can also use its own compiled or raw nodelist.
works with synchronet binkit based systems without puking.

    Amy more qustions?

Or do i need to post the entire feature list?
