Since some people insult teenagers by saying an adult sleeping with a
17 year-old is "pedophilia" and/or "rape", even if it was consensual and
not from a position of advantage, the question is just how out of whack
that is - I would suggest that there are ages where the act is a major
crime, and yet not meeting the textbook standard of this unnatural act
of "pedophilia". The de facto national standard is 16. State laws are sometimes enforced above that. But whether Trump is guilty or not
wouldn't necessarily tell us about "pedophilia" since his alleged victim

I meant "de facto national standard [of age of consent]". What the
president is accused of doing in the past is remarkably close to
"pedophilia", though I must point out there's no criminal case brought.

You actually think there aren't numerous 16 and 17 year-old consenting partners with adults, in CA? I guarantee they're just not really investigating that.
