Yes! It sounds serious, but the story is unimaginable stupid.

What was your offense?

I try to make this story short. And sorry for my imperfect English.

Everything started when my home staff leave my home for short trip in beginning of august 2022. My home staff very like clutter in house, but
I am not. So always they leave home I clean up my home. This time I
clean the Big Room/Saloon. I move some very old electronics in to the
celling, I sort up papers (mainly outdated gazettes and old bills), and
I moved gazettes and unreadably/faded bills in to recycle paper bag
(note if bill faded this mean it has over 2 y. old). I also throw old
broken scale in to the plastic recycle bag. When home staff return to my
home father in law Jan Bernard get very furious. It accused me that I
throw in to the rubbish his very important things. After that he decide
to lock Big Room/Saloon in order to punish me not allow to watch TV. It
still keep that room locked even today.

At that time and even now I still take my drugs injection once a month,
and I am lay in the bed sick whole week after each injection. But after
my august cleaning in 2022 y. my mother in law start nag my psychiatrist
in order to force me to double my drugs injection. Because she feel that
it works only for 14 days, and she can't handle/she is feed up what I am
doing rest of the month. This was pure emotional arguments and she can't
prove me any thing bad except I course when she ordinary lies straight
in my eyes.

Finally she invite my psychiatrist in to my home in the 2023-02-15, wed.
He blackmail me that he will imprison me in to psychiatric hospital if I
will not agree to double my drug injections. He give me 2 days for
decision. I silently refused, but my home staff wrote court accusation
next day. Psychiatrist wrote very bad opinion about me and my home staff attach it to court accusation. The court process started. I was
sentenced twice for psychiatric hospital in 2025-06-17, Tue. (first
court instance) and in 2025-10-29, wed. (second court instance). I
answer for that injustice, but since 2025-10-29 I have not any response
from the second court instance. I know that they must wait for 4 months
for some reason, but there are few days after that term. So I am still
unsure about my future.

How long is your jail term?

Apparently you miss "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" movie. There is no
any limit for people jailed in to psychiatric hospital. One time I spend
just 6 weeks (theoretically this is shortest imprisonment in polish psychiatric hospital), but last time I must wait 8 months to be released.

More! There is one important fact I forget! Every new year I must get
new "injection order" for "social nurse" in my clinic (psychiatrist
exists in other place). And the same psychiatrist who support my court allegation now wrote my "injection order" for 2026y. "one per month"
(note in 2023 feb. he want from the court to force me "one injection for
14 days"). At the beginning of the feb. 2026y. I send to the second
instance court petition that my allegation is completely outdated and my psychiatrist change his mind about me. Of course there is not any answer.

BTW: My court process was completely unfair in first and second court instance. In first instance after my fist answer for accusation court
did not send me "court progress papers". I didn't even known when I
should stand in the court (mother in law say it to me just day before
court session). Second court instance was even more evil - it refuse to consider my allegation, because she lies that I make "formal mistake" by
not ask first court instance for final sentence. Second court instance
do not answer for my petition with post office bills and letter delivery confirmation that I send such paper to first court instance.

That is the truth about courts on the Earth! There is nothing change
from the times of Jesus civil court process lead by Pontius Pilate in
occupied Palestine by Roman Empire.
