I'll always reflect fondly on what I learned, using Linux. But having
Win11 on a good computer, again, really makes me feel taken care of.

For me, Win 11 takes it *down* a notch.
These claims say more about us than the OSes.

Ye, they care so you don't have to.

That's great, Joel. It's good that you are satisfied with what you choose
to use. I notice that you switch between Linux and Windows about once a month, forever, so I'm not so sure what the big deal is this time or how
it's any different than the other hundred or so times you've switched back and forth.
With Windows though, as you know, they do watch what people say about
their releases and will absolutely punish you if you speak badly about Windows in any fashion, as you've already found out.
If I were you and had something negative to say about Windows, I wouldn't
say it here because they watch you here and know what you say and ensure
that you aren't hurting their brand with any negativity.
You could say something negative and then you would no longer be permitted
to use Windows. Be careful, bro.
No, I made a mistake when I thought that years ago, and I have publicly admitted it was a mistake. Microsoft is good people.

But maybe you were right though, and just have now convinced yourself it wasn't real when it was real all along.
Perhaps you just allowed the criticism you received from Usenet
participants persuade you into believing something wasn't real when it was real just like you originally thought.
It's sort of the same thing with how you played a video on your TV and it destroyed your computer, or something like that you were saying not too
long ago. That is not impossible; it could have happened and you should stick to your convictions and not let others dissuade you.

It's called "trolling".
