What Marxists? But I listened to the first few seconds... and the guy is clueless.

The racial wealth gap in the United States is not a historical footnote -- it is a present-day reality. For every $1 of wealth held by the median white family, the median Black family holds about 13 cents. The Federal Reserve’s 2022 Survey of Consumer Finances found median net worth of roughly $285,000
for white families compared with $44,900 for Black families. The average
wealth gap now exceeds $1 million, the largest on record. Wealth in America is often less about individual effort than about where your family started.

And where families started was heavily influenced by public policy. New Deal-era redlining steered federally backed mortgages toward white neighborhoods while excluding Black communities from the same opportunities. After World War II, the GI Bill helped build the modern middle class, but discriminatory implementation often prevented Black veterans from receiving equivalent benefits. In Mississippi, only 2 of 3,229 VA home loans went to Black veterans. In parts of New York and New Jersey, fewer than 100 of 67,000 GI Bill mortgages went to non-white applicants. Those homes generated equity that has compounded across generations.

The gap reproduces itself over time. Families with wealth are better able to help with college tuition, provide down payments, weather financial emergencies, support unpaid internships, or leave inheritances. Duke
University researchers note that Black households headed by a college graduate hold less wealth, on average, than white households headed by someone without
a college degree, making it very clear that education alone does not erase historical disadvantage.

Nor are these disparities limited to wealth. Studies repeatedly find that job applicants perceived as Black receive fewer callbacks than equally qualified applicants perceived as white. A 2024 study involving more than 80,000 fictitious job applications found that employers favored white applicants by approximately 9%. Earlier landmark studies found even larger disparities.

Research also documents disparities in the criminal justice system. The U.S. Sentencing Commission found that, after accounting for available case characteristics, Black men received sentences 13.4% longer than similarly situated white men. Other analyses have reached similar conclusions.

Social psychology research has shown that Black Americans are more likely to
be stereotyped as threatening or violent, are perceived as older and less innocent beginning in childhood, and often receive less empathy from observers evaluating harm done to them. These biases can affect decisions in education, employment, healthcare, housing, and policing.

None of this means that every white person has had an easy life, nor that
Black Americans lack agency or resilience. It means that race has affected the odds. White privilege is not the claim that white people never struggle -- a straw man argument you push in part to avoid dealing with the actual facts. It is the observation that race is generally not one of the obstacles white
    people have to overcome.

Privilege is often invisible to those who possess it. When institutions consistently work in your favor, it is easy to interpret the resulting advantages as simply the natural reward for hard work. Acknowledging
structural advantages does not diminish anyone’s accomplishments -- it provides a fuller account of how opportunity has been distributed across generations.

What Marxists? But I listened to the first few seconds... and the guy
    is clueless.

I don't know why I am wasting time feeding your troll but here goes 15
    minutes of my life.

    1. The current Democrat party has gone Marxist/Communist/Socialist/ call
it what you will but it's no longer the party of the people but the party
of the elite who want to destroy capitalism in favor of the government
taking care of the population's every need.

Tell me how well that has worked in other countries.
    Any examples of success?
Understand that is a two way street. Even if the government does take
care of the people's every need where does the money come from and what
are the people giving up in return. For the latter it's freedom ie:The Constitution Of The United States.

If you only listened to the first few seconds you simply cannot make an accurate analysis of what the person is saying.
You sound ADHD because you seem unable to focus.
The truth is you are afraid to here another opinion. Especially one that destroys your typical blame the whites for everything.

I'll summarize what you refused to watch.

In case you would like to follow along. https://youtube.com/shorts/Gq2gcYyC8e4?si=JabHko8kICV4KFhp

    1. Privilege isn't being white. It's living in government funded housing
and calling people oppressors while they pay your bills.
He claims he is done pretending that any of this makes sense.

    2. Real privilege is wearing $200 sneakers when you haven't worked a day
    in your life.

    3. Privilege is walking around wearing $300 Beats headphones while you
are living on food stamps and it's paid for by people who wake up and
    grind every day working.

    4. Privilege is having the latest smartphone with unlimited data and
having no idea where the bill is going because someone else is picking up
    the tab.

    5. Privilege is being able to protest every little thing that bothers you without having to call in sick to work because you don't have a fucking
job nor are you actively trying to find one.

    6. Privilege is being able to cheat, lie and fail over and over again in
life and get bailed out while people who play by the rules get punished.

    7. This isn't about race or class. This is about accountability.

    8. We have a culture that rewards victimhood and demonizes work ethic and responsibility.

9.Meanwhile the people who are holding everything together for the rest
of society get taxed into the fucking ground, their businesses get choked
by regulations and get personally villified for speaking up and pointing
out that this system is bullshit.

    10. Want to talk about privilege, then let's talk about people who have
never paid the price but feel entitled to scream the loudest.
Because they have never had to build anything.
They have never had to defend anything.
They have never had to carry any real weight.

    Why?

Because we don't live in a society of strong men anymore.
That has been dismantled over the last 50 years or so and on purpose.

Strong men would never put up with any of this bullshit and that's
exactly why they came after us first. The emasculation of the strong
    male.

A poor family structure which doesn't stress education a work ethic and
taking repsonsibility for one's own actions.
    Fathers absent.
Mothers with multiple children from different fathers.

Why don't Asian immigrants to this country have similar problems as the blacks?
How about the immigrants from India?
And they(Asians) don't even speak the fucking language yet they manage to graduate at the top of their class, win spelling bee competitions,
    science competitions and so forth.

    The answer is above.

And where families started was heavily influenced by public policy.
New Deal-era redlining steered federally backed mortgages toward white neighborhoods while excluding Black communities from the same

New Jersey, fewer than 100 of 67,000 GI Bill mortgages went to
non-white applicants. Those homes generated equity that has compounded
    across generations.

That is partially true but is ancient history.
Those people are long dead and so are most of their 1st generation descendents.
Also forclosures, lack of taking care of property and so forth resulted
    in the slums we see.
Also blacks were entitled to the same GI Bill as other races.
Local racisim at the time did make a difference in practice though.
That's a long time ago and fortunately we as a country have moved on.

The gap reproduces itself over time. Families with wealth are better
able to help with college tuition, provide down payments, weather
financial emergencies, support unpaid internships, or leave
inheritances. Duke University researchers note that Black households
headed by a college graduate hold less wealth, on average, than white households headed by someone without a college degree, making it very
clear that education alone does not erase historical disadvantage.

That's liberal speak right out of chatGPT or some other AI bot.
What about all of the affirmative action programs in the 60's and 70's
where blacks were given preference and additional financial aid to attend college?
Hiring was similar as hiring a minority gave corporations extra stipends
    from the government.

Nor are these disparities limited to wealth. Studies repeatedly find
that job applicants perceived as Black receive fewer callbacks than
equally qualified applicants perceived as white. A 2024 study
involving more than 80,000 fictitious job applications found that
employers favored white applicants by approximately 9%. Earlier
landmark studies found even larger disparities.

So because you are black you get into a school where you probably don't
belong because you don't have the intelligence. Get passed along because
you are black. Graduate from that prestigious school and you can't get a
    job?
    Really?
How about trades many of which are highly lucrative?

You can quote studies all day long however you need to step into the
reality of people who can't string a simple sentence together without a
    "know what I'm sayin?' inserted.

I deleted a pile of AI generated babbling which follows the same metric
    as above false arguments.

My sister just retired from 22 years working in HR for several very large Fortune 500 companies and her employers encouraged hiring minorities as
much as possible. Most recently this is out of control which is one
    reason she retired.

My sister always has stories of blacks applying for positions and
screwing up in the most basic ways possible.
Resume's with hilarious misspellings are typical.
One black graduate of a respected institute who was hired and sent to
another state for corporate training which required 3 weeks, took his
per diem advance and bought a car so when he arrived at the training
facility he had no money to pay for his rented condo, food and so forth.
Of course they couldn't fire him so what did the company do?
    They sent him more money.

    The crux of the matter is that statistically;

    Blacks have a lower IQ
Blacks are more prone to violent crime, especially black on black crime.
Blacks are lack motivation but instead prefer instant gratification.

You can call them stereotypes all you want but there is truth in them

You use emotionally loaded and inaccurate language, but look at the Nordic model. They tend to have better health care, less crime, higher happiness / quality of life, better freedom of the press, lower income inequality, less corruption (or at least perceived -- not sure we can fully measure), higher trust in government, longer life spans, and lower infant mortality rates.

    Any examples of success?

For the latter it's freedom ie:The
    Constitution Of The United States.

You sound ADHD because you seem unable to focus.

I'll summarize what you refused to watch.

In case you would like to follow along.

    4. Privilege is having the latest smartphone with unlimited data and
having no idea where the bill is going because someone else is picking up
    the tab.

    5. Privilege is being able to protest every little thing that bothers you
without having to call in sick to work because you don't have a fucking
job nor are you actively trying to find one.

    6. Privilege is being able to cheat, lie and fail over and over again in
life and get bailed out while people who play by the rules get punished.

    7. This isn't about race or class. This is about accountability.

    8. We have a culture that rewards victimhood and demonizes work ethic and
    responsibility.

The emasculation of the strong
    male.

The racial wealth gap in the United States is not a historical
footnote -- it is a present-day reality. For every $1 of wealth held
by the median white family, the median Black family holds about 13
cents. The Federal Reserve’s 2022 Survey of Consumer Finances found >>> median net worth of roughly $285,000 for white families compared with
$44,900 for Black families. The average wealth gap now exceeds $1
million, the largest on record. Wealth in America is often less about
individual effort than about where your family started.

A poor family structure which doesn't stress education a work ethic and
taking repsonsibility for one's own actions.
    Fathers absent.
Mothers with multiple children from different fathers.

Why don't Asian immigrants to this country have similar problems as the
    blacks?
How about the immigrants from India?
And they(Asians) don't even speak the fucking language yet they manage to
graduate at the top of their class, win spelling bee competitions,
    science competitions and so forth.

    The answer is above.

And where families started was heavily influenced by public policy.
New Deal-era redlining steered federally backed mortgages toward white
neighborhoods while excluding Black communities from the same
opportunities. After World War II, the GI Bill helped build the modern
middle class, but discriminatory implementation often prevented Black
veterans from receiving equivalent benefits. In Mississippi, only 2 of
3,229 VA home loans went to Black veterans. In parts of New York and
New Jersey, fewer than 100 of 67,000 GI Bill mortgages went to
non-white applicants. Those homes generated equity that has compounded
    across generations.

That is partially true but is ancient history.
Those people are long dead and so are most of their 1st generation
    descendents.

Duke University researchers note that Black households
headed by a college graduate hold less wealth, on average, than white

Nor are these disparities limited to wealth. Studies repeatedly find >>>>> that job applicants perceived as Black receive fewer callbacks than
equally qualified applicants perceived as white. A 2024 study
involving more than 80,000 fictitious job applications found that
employers favored white applicants by approximately 9%. Earlier
landmark studies found even larger disparities.

So because you are black you get into a school where you probably don't >>>> belong because you don't have the intelligence. Get passed along because >>>> you are black. Graduate from that prestigious school and you can't get a >>>> job?
    Really?
How about trades many of which are highly lucrative?

You can quote studies all day long however you need to step into the
reality of people who can't string a simple sentence together without a >>>> "know what I'm sayin?' inserted.

I deleted a pile of AI generated babbling which follows the same metric >>>> as above false arguments.

My sister just retired from 22 years working in HR for several very large >>>> Fortune 500 companies and her employers encouraged hiring minorities as >>>> much as possible. Most recently this is out of control which is one
    reason she retired.

My sister always has stories of blacks applying for positions and
screwing up in the most basic ways possible.
Resume's with hilarious misspellings are typical.
One black graduate of a respected institute who was hired and sent to
another state for corporate training which required 3 weeks, took his >>>> per diem advance and bought a car so when he arrived at the training
facility he had no money to pay for his rented condo, food and so forth. >>>> Of course they couldn't fire him so what did the company do?
    They sent him more money.

    The crux of the matter is that statistically;

    Blacks have a lower IQ
Blacks are more prone to violent crime, especially black on black crime. >>>> Blacks are lack motivation but instead prefer instant gratification.

You can call them stereotypes all you want but there is truth in them

    Great post.

You think lies and biases are "great". You think white supremacist nonsense is
"great". Thanks for being so open with that.

Your racism shows in every post.

Yet you cannot show it... and you just backed that white supremacist filth above.

What Marxists? But I listened to the first few seconds... and the
    guy is clueless.

I don't know why I am wasting time feeding your troll but here goes
    15 minutes of my life.

    1. The current Democrat party has gone Marxist/Communist/Socialist/
call it what you will but it's no longer the party of the people but
the party of the elite who want to destroy capitalism in favor of the
government taking care of the population's every need.

Tell me how well that has worked in other countries.

You use emotionally loaded and inaccurate language, but look at the
Nordic model. They tend to have better health care, less crime, higher happiness / quality of life, better freedom of the press, lower income inequality, less corruption (or at least perceived -- not sure we can
fully measure), higher trust in government, longer life spans, and
    lower infant mortality rates.

You've never been to any of those countries.

Sweden is being destroyed by immigration, Denmark has had enough of it
too. Who in their right mind wants to visit Finland, Iceland, and Norway?
