For the last few years
[email protected] subscriptions/unsubs were handled by emailing questions+[un]
[email protected]. That's changed
as the list management software has switched from mlmmj to Sympa. The
correct way now is to visit
https://lists.ntp.org, which I believe was how
it was done before mlmmj when the lists were hosted on Mailman.
