    Surprise! Betcha didn't expect to get a post about free games today.
    Sure, it's a Thursday and I've regularly been making these
    announcements every week on this same day for the past two or three
    years... but that was no guarantee I'd do it again today, right? Hence
    your surprise!

    Now that we've definitively agreed that you have been completely
    startled by this sudden and unexpected announcement, let's jump to the
    games.

    * Gravity Circuit
    https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/gravity-circuit-489baa
    This one is a side-scrolling retro-graphic action-
    platformer. Think of it as a sort of a name-brand MegaMan.
    If you love that genre of game, you'll adore "Gravity".
    If not, I don't think it will convince you otherwise.

    * Albion Online https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/albion-online-rogue-journeyman-bundle-99807a
    Technically, Albion is free-to-play, so what you're getting
    here is just some free MTX. It's a game heavily rooted in
    PVP, and apparently the gameplay its dominated by long-time
    players, making it harder for new-players to get into it.
    Also, there are lots of bots. By itself, it's an okay game
    (if you're into that sort of thing) but the community
    makes it sort of toxic. I'm passing on this one.

    And that's it. Two games and I'm out. Which is also probably a
    surprise to you. Really, it's amazing how little it takes to astonish
    you. Maybe you should see a doctor about that. ;-)

    See you in a week!
