I want to play games, not house a super computer. These are supposed to
be personal computers and the government intentionally limits their
capacities so that civilians do not use them for purposes super
computers are capable such as building nuclear weapons and solving

our computers while Spalls and the news pundits tell us 16 GB RAM is
normal, and Nvidia Superspecial Ultrathon card or better is the median.
