Oops, thought I had more on it.

A plane-jane L40SX fits on top of the enclosure, a tap sticks out of the enclosure and fits into the DC jack on the L40SX. The expansion bus
connector connects the board in the enclosure to the L40SX.

Not sure if I gave the 5800 I had to William Walsh or to Mark Brutman...

The ISA bus board in the enclosure holds two cards, a TMC810 SCSI
adapter and an IBM T/R TAP NIC. The enclosure has an internal CD-ROM, IIRC.

Mine had a CD with RETAIN tips, but it probably had far more
documentation when used by IBM. Looks to have a caddy loading CD-ROM.
