Other than needing a working 4216-020... everything you need...
At one time I had the adapter, software and 4216-020 printer. The best
thing I can say about the whole setup is that it worked. If the page to
be printed was anything beyond basic text, it took a long time to rip
and print. I used up my supplies and switched to a 4019.
