    It is beginning to look to me that a business needs to prepare for one
    of these attacks.

    Beginning? :-) But yes, I agree, there should be discussions,
    development of a plan, and budget allocated to put a safety net in
    place. Worst case, they'll never need to use it, but what if they do?
