dog, Bob the dog, Elvira, Dieter, Abner Hale, Roger Whitaker, Fucktard,
Apoo, Ted Bell, Jay Santos, Rudy Canoza, Trappist, and Leif Erikson S.
He has also been referred to as "KickBall".
