    i mean basically the software "industry" takes basic computing paradigms
    and explodes them up in total batshit amounts of arbitrary complexity,
    truly a "work expands to fill available time" kind of situation...

    ai is somewhat useful at doing that level of programming maybe faster
    because again: the core concepts are simple and much of the details are
    kind of arbitrary because these systems are already orders of magnitude
    more complex their core concepts would otherwise dictate.
